Sadly the latex is the material that is covered. Now if the latex was covering the polyester, then we could have some splendid knitted latex garments.

Oops misread it.

But there is no info on the page/site, if it is just sold by strings of one meter length, or if you can order a roll of several meters.
I have not found /thought of an idea to use/apply them somehow in latex clothing/bondagegear.

That's more like the material we need Ron. I can only get the gist of the Dutch, but it appeared that the metre length referred to the price per metre. Does it actually say that it comes in 1metre lengths? I presume that the rubber cord is meant for use in the jewelery and clothing trade.
I have always wondered about knitted garments in latex. They could be worn in situations where a heavy latex garment would be too hot, as the knitted garment would allow for some air movement. Most woolen thread used for knitting pullovers etc is thinner than 3mm, but I have seen bulky knit pullovers with thread approaching 3mm. However, at the prices quoted any garment would cost a fortune.

1 meter is impossibly short for manufacturing. I've noticed it used in socks, however, knitted in to the top welt and as the toe seam.

On the Dutch site I clicked on one of the Bestel buttons ,and I got a new page whit a message you order is placed in the shoppingcar.
No questions about how may meters are asked.

I`ll phone them tomorrow to see if it possible to order a rol of several meters .

This Americam company http://www.artbeads.com/rubber-cord-necklace.html sells rubber cord by the feet if you want more than 10feet on a continous string you have to mention it
