Are there any sites that sell latex/pvc catsuits with overnight or 2/3 day shipping? I've found many sites that sell them but the time to ship is always like 18-20 days. Im looking to get it rather quickly.

I'm guessing this does not need to be heirloom quality. Try places like Howcool.com or www.costumecraze.com.
If they have your size they ship almost immediately.
However if you want a good quality PVC catsuit http://shop.birchplace.net/catsuits is the go. They have an M2M service and it's proven reliable to me. They won't meet your deadline but the price and quality are excellent.
On the other hand for the right amount of money anything can be done. Abigail Greydanus is credited with knocking up outfits for Christina Aguilera, Katy Perry and Lady Gaga the night before they're used on a red carpet, stage or music video.

She'll do it in latex but expect to pay many hundreds of dollars for the quality and the short notice.
I'm not too well up on PVC gear but both Breathless,

and Libidex
http://www.libidex.com/html/shopping...#RapidDelivery
offer a rapid delivery service. In the case of Breathless it is 6 days but unfortunately it seems that Libidex have suspended their one day service due to a full order book.
Maybe worth dropping Dolenta at Breathless a line just to see if there's anything she can do for you, you never know.
It is important to note that most garments labelled as PVC these days are actually polyurethane [PU] which is available in both two way and four way stretch depending on the backing material. This means that it is possible to buy a close fitting suit that is still comfortable to wear and looks good. It also enables sellers to offer "off the peg" garments that fit reasonably well if you are a typical body shape.
True PVC [polyvinylchloride] does not stretch in any direction and is usually bonded to a backing material that does not stretch because the PVC would otherwise tear at points of highest stress.
There is no reason why you should not purchase a PU garment, but remember it will not have the gloss of true PVC or latex. With vigorous use the PU [and more so PVC] will start to delaminate from the backing material after some time, especially around the crotch and arm pits, so don't expect unlimited life out of the garment, even if you look after it.
If you can afford a MTM latex catsuit, it will give you the best value for money, but will cost a lot more up front. The latex will of course be much more sensual to wear than PVC or PU because the latex is next to your skin, whereas with both the others it will be a cloth that the wearer feels.
