No those with some savvy. 1,0 is your Basic animal , HEX is the Alpha thinker , not taken in by the" it's all yor owm fault for not following the myths " rubbish . Who would write in 1,0 when there is hex ?Originally spoken by Cyberdog
Seems a little odd to call it football, as feet seem to be hardly used... Should be just called "Mass Bundle Ball" or suchlike...Originally spoken by ramajafterdark
Football = Soccer
American Football = "Mass Bundle Ball"
I like my new name for it, I think we should change it permanently... The NFL will now be the NMBBL... hehehehehe...
And why is the baseball World Series called that? It's only the US and Canada (and maybe mexico?) that takes part.
Perhaps "llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysili ogogogoch" wasn't the best safe word in the world.
So one spider would be octal?Originally spoken by Cyberdog

My favorite resolution to arguments like this is to display the binary check sum of the universe (42) in octal with ones fingers!![]()

Small question, not worth starting a new thread for, so excuse me for butting in here ....
Exactly WHAT is a Yahoo Slurp Spider? Check 'who's online' and after the members, there's a whole raft of these wierd slobbering arachnids. Simple answers appreciated!![]()

It's the web indexing program from Yahoo. As they 'crawl' the 'web', they were named spiders by the sort of geeks like me with underdeveloped sense of humour.
The idea is that once the spider has crawled all pages on the site, the search engine will be able to help you find what you want.
Well that's the theory - there are a lot of complaints about Yahoo from webmasters that the spider puts a heavy load on their site, and still they don't get listed on Yahoo.
