Default .PVC, PU and other PLASTIC Garments

I recently decided to explore the sensations given by PVC and I have ordered two items from http://PVC-U-LIKE.com, a full hood and a catsuit. The service and qualtity of this company are both very good, and comparatively to latex and SBRSBR shiny black rubberG M Y, the price is attractive ( one third !).
My first experience in PVCForums is rather interesting even if I have not found the same feeling of encasement in a second skin I have with latex. Nevertheless, I appreciate the smoothness, the rapid heat and sweat, the noise and the shining black. I think I shall match materials and over a catsuit in latex it might be a good combination...
    To be followed...

    Hows the plastic experience going?

I've recently purchased a double skinned inflatable suite from pvc-u-like, and its bloody marvelous! As you say not the same feeling on encasement/restriction as rubber, but its beautifully smooth, smells incredible, is very easy to get in and out of even when inflated (guess some may not want that!).

Have just ordered their new vacume suit, can't wait to get it!

As you say this stuff is alos a lot cheaper than rubber, although durability may be as issue, particularly withy inflatabel items. I've already had top repear the inflatable suit once, although this was due to over inflation, guess the trick is to wear something tougher over the top to avoid straining the seams.

    Bapo.

PVC items are mcuh cheaper than latex but they do not last nearly as long.

One thing you want to be particularly conscious of is that the oils of your skin will make PVC brittle very quickly. As I understand it, the plasticines that make the PVC soft and pliable are actually leeched out of it by the oils. Once PVC becoems brittle, you cannot reverse it.

I suggest you shower before your put your PVC on. It may help your garments last a little longer.

Incidentally, here is a an article in the Community Library that explains how to make "ultra cheap" PVC briefs: http://rubberist.net/forums/showthread.php?t=599

Weathervain (http://www.weathervain.com/) also used to do them. I had one some time ago, until the stitching came apart.
