I haven't bought latex items from Zoom-Bizarre before, but their leather work is of fine quality. I bought a Hera bondage collar, mask and accessories.

The first time I bought from them, the shipment got lost in the mail. They tried to track through the German Post Office, but I don't know what happened to this day. Fortunately, I paid by credit card, so I got a refund.

I ordered from them a second time last year, and my shipment arrived as ordered.
