Now that the previous season at www.firstview.com has been liberated from password protection, have a look at Alexandre Herchcovitch. There are a shoulder top and a skirt from white latex and another skirt with color stripes from natural (semitransparent) latex, as far as I can see.
He seems to be one of us, as in every collection he has a latex piece, in the new season at style.com liquid latex painted on a fabric:
