I can only talk precisely about a Milano, where there's a famous shop in Via Casati.
I don't know much about the parties, but the most important latex party in Milano is the Secret party, altough i never go to it.

Rome is another city where latex has grown in the last months, there is one latex shop but i don't remember well the address, and the same goes for partys.

I cannot visit Milan and Torino this one . But I visit to Rom? (and some other towns) in some days. I hope I find some latex...:-)
