1.40 "Stealth Rubber": Chlorinating latex garments Stop using Talc or lubes!!! Chlorinating your latex garments makes them feel like "soft glass", removes the need for talc or lube and is a simple, relatively inexpensive process you do only once. Worth exploring!

Default Chlorinating transparent latex.

Following up from a recent post by lusting4latex2 - one of his questions was if transparent latex can be chlorinated and what effects can be achievable.

http://rubberist.net/forums/showthread.php?t=11061

Here are some shots to illustrate the effects, the examples of latex in all the photo's have been chlorinated using one technique or another, times etc adjusted to cause different effects.

Pic one shows Radical Rubber's smoke black trans as shiny as it was before it went into the tank.

Pic two shows some traditional amber transparent latex, it had a matt finish prior to treatment so nothing was altered by the chlorine.

Pic three shows how a satin finish can be applied to opaque colours, useful for treating gear that's destined for outdoor or stealth use.

Pic four shows how the full shine of the original black opaque sheet can be maintained by careful application of immersion times and volume of liquid.

All in all it handles just the same as opaque colours, I love trans, it's sexy as hell!

So you can be completely coated and chloranated rubber and still show off your "Hello Kitty" tattoos?
